But we will select the best solution for holidaymakers even when doing so is controversial, difficult or expensive. We will do everything in our power to find the offers that are best for our customers – and not for us.
We think and act with the long-term in mind. When we make decisions, we do not try to meet short-term objectives. Instead, we want customers to develop lasting trust in our platforms. We are focusing on recreational holidays We are recreational holiday specialists. While our services could also be useful for other types of trips, such as adventure holidays or business travel, none of our decisions dilute our products or expertise with regard to recreational holidays.
Our target audience consists of holidaymakers who know exactly what they can expect during their holiday and who want to return home happier and more relaxed. While our service can also be useful to adventurers, we do not offer special products for this type of holidaymaker.
We are focusing on central Europe, in particular Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Benelux countries and Poland. In order to be able to provide the best possible services, we are delving deep into the needs of holidaymakers in these markets. We love it when our holidaymakers are a bit different from the rest of the world and we take great pleasure in meeting their particular needs and desire for information.
