Launch of organize.me

Munich, Germany, 17 February 2014 – Good news for everyone long in search of a simple way of getting to grips with chaotic piles of paper: organize.me GmbH, the latest start-up of TOMORROW FOCUS AG, has launched version 1.0 of organize.me, their online service of the same name. After a six-month beta phase, the free application, the key to the perfect organization of any document storage system, is now available to anyone determined to say goodbye to chaotic piles of paper.

Hours of searching for bills or contracts is now a thing of the past as the innovative online service, organize.me, assists you in the perfect organisation of your own document storage system. Just like a personal assistant, organize.me stores both private and business documents, automatically creating sensible file structures.

Paper documents can be conveniently photographed with a smartphone using an iOS app and stored straightaway in organize.me. If documents are already in digital form, all you have to do is click on the upload button. With an intelligent search function users can find any document within just a few seconds. And as all data and documents are safely stored in the cloud, they can be accessed at any time and in any place.

But that is not all. organize.me helps its users to optimise contracts and reminds them when to pay bills, cancel contracts or respond to documents, for instance. This not only saves them time and spares their nerves, but saves money as well. For who likes having to fork out again just because of a missed deadline?

Those who worry about the security of their documents can rest assured. “The physical data is stored at a computer centre that is ISO 27001 certified and therefore fulfils strict security standards,” explains Timo Salzsieder, Managing Director of organize.me. Just a few days ago organize.me was certified by TÜV Rheinland for its strict adherence to data protection and security criteria in accordance with the Certified Online Shop standard: “During the audit we tested both the processes in the organize.me application and the procedures within the company such as the processing of personal data,” explains Ralph Freude, Information Security Expert at TÜV Rheinland. “We can vouch for the high security standard of organize.me.”

Due to the personalisable user interface and the option of creating one's own categories, organize.me can be flexibly adapted to individual tastes and requirements. As a reward from switching from dusty paper files to the organize.me storage system 2.0 you can look forward to perfect file structures, plenty of new free time and, above all, the feeling of finally having an overview over all documents.
In addition to the free version, packages with further efficient functions will be on offer at a charge in the coming weeks.

Christoph Schuh, Management Board Member of TOMORROW FOCUS AG says: “We are very proud that our TOMORROW FOCUS staff have developed such an innovative business idea and that we can now market this as the organize.me start-up. The Supervisory Board and the Management Board were equally fascinated by the idea.”
