Munich, 13 November 2017 – Sarah Fischer (41) became the new Head of HR Management & Recruiting of HolidayCheck Group AG at the beginning of the month. In this role, she will be responsible for Talent Management, and in particular the areas of Recruiting, Training & Development and Business Partnering.
Sarah Fischer previously worked for the Human Resources department of Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH for eight years. As HR manager, she closely worked with senior management over the past two years and was responsible for areas such as Talent and Leadership Development, Organisational Development and Employee Experience. Her scope of duties included the further development of the company's performance management as well as the support of change management processes. Prior to her time at Amazon, she worked as Head of Recruiting for the management and technology consultancy Campana&Schott GmbH.
Sarah Fischer graduated with a degree in business administration from AKAD University where she focused on Human Resource Management. She also earned a degree in the field of Education & Sociology at the Philipps University Marburg & the University of Cologne.
